Reli is a Senior Facilitator & Client Manager at The Institute for Quality Leadership, she is a multifaceted individual whose versatile expertise and commitment to driving positive change make her a true powerhouse. Reli is deeply connected to the social fabric of our world and is dedicated to promoting environmental responsibility, advocating for gender equality, and championing an inclusive culture.

As the daughter of parents who immigrated from Morocco to build a life in the heart of Jerusalem, Reli's roots are steeped in the rich tapestry of diverse cultures. Her mother's influence, a talented fashion designer, nurtured her deep connection to visual aesthetics, while her father, a gifted engineer, instilled in her a profound appreciation for intricate details and the ability to navigate and solve complex problems.

In addition to her consulting work, Reli is a talented writer. Her first book, "At Least You Tried," originally published in Hebrew, has been received with open arms and is now in its third edition. Through her writing, she aims to offer strength and solace to others, reminding them that they are not alone. Her words inspire acceptance of life's imperfections and the understanding that even when things don't go as planned, the effort is a triumph in itself.

Reli is a Senior Facilitator & Client Manager at The Institute for Quality Leadership, bringing over 15 years of experience working with organizations and diverse teams worldwide. Her expertise focuses on three core areas of organizational advancement: senior leadership development, mentoring processes, and inclusive leadership (DEI).

Reli combines personal consulting, facilitation, and training to support senior executives and management teams in realizing their full potential and driving organizational success. Her approach is marked by a deep understanding of the challenges faced by today’s leaders and a commitment to fostering growth and inclusivity.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and a Master’s degree in Political and Public Leadership, both earned with distinction. Her Master's, specializing in women's leadership, was completed through the Executive Program at the School of Political Science, Tel Aviv University, where she graduated with honors.

Reli is a certified Group Facilitator, trained at Tel Aviv University, with extensive experience working with tech companies, multinational corporations, and NGOs in both in-person and virtual settings.

With a deep understanding of human dynamics and effective communication, she guides diverse groups toward their goals.
